About This Role

We're seeking a Technical Writer to create documentation, tutorials, and technical content. You'll help developers understand our APIs and tools, and ensure our documentation is clear, accurate, and helpful.

What You'll Do

Write and maintain API documentation
Create tutorials and getting started guides
Document internal processes and best practices
Review and edit technical content from engineers
Gather feedback and improve documentation based on user needs
Collaborate with product and engineering on new features

What We're Looking For

3+ years of technical writing experience
Experience documenting APIs and developer tools
Basic understanding of programming concepts
Excellent written communication skills
Experience with documentation tools (Markdown, Git)
Ability to learn new technical concepts quickly

Nice to Have

Experience with API documentation tools (Swagger, Postman)
Background in software development
Experience with AI/ML documentation
Video or multimedia content creation skills
