1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the ISP.KE platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Service Description

ISP.KE provides a cloud-based platform for managing Internet Service Provider operations, including customer management, billing, network provisioning, and payment processing.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan. Payments are processed via M-Pesa or other supported methods. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our platform, violate any laws, or infringe on the rights of others while using our services.

6. Service Level Agreement

We aim for 99.9% platform uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
